Refund policy
Because each piece is made to order, we encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing to ensure the perfect selection.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition and includes all original packaging. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible.
We also offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Requests must be made within the stated return or exchange window
Items that show signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized pieces (including engraving)
- Resized rings or altered items
- Special orders or items made outside of standard offerings
These pieces are created specifically for you and are considered final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow time for processing depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or variation, please contact us to begin the process. We’re happy to help you find the right fit.
Custom Orders
Custom and special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancellable once production has begun.
Because these pieces are made specifically to your specifications, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
