Swallow with Pearl

A very simple yet compassionate Victorian jewelry token was the swallow bird. During the Victorian era, they were illustrated beautifully because of their gliding slender stream-lined bodies and forked long pointed wings. The swallow represents freedom and hope. Dangling from the bird's beak is a 7mm Akoya Pearl.
